DEMISE

    DEMISE was born in early 95'. Their first demo tape was "Outcome of..." which contains great melodic parts together with lot of aggression and brutality. It was something new and fresh on the polish metal scene at that time. Great reviews, lead DEMISE to be one of the most perspective bands. Demo tape was released by three labels during the time (Immortal, Demonic, Metal Mind).

Demise decided to strike again in the summer 97, album "Like A Thorn" was created and this one was to prove the great potential of the band. Lots of fresh ideas and unique climate leads the band to be more active. The album was issued through Metal Mind. Demise played more great concerts and festivals, and received great reviews.

In the beginning of 2000' the band recorded the second album - "God Insect" - very modern material and quite futuristic. After some problems with a label, album was out through Koch International Poland, but unfortunately this label folded, so the album was not promoted and distributed well. This situation makes a little stagnation. At the second half of 2002' DEMISE did a tour in USA. Thanks, goes out to Castle Blakk, for inviting the band on the tour.

Next summer 2003' DEMISE recorded a third album "Torture Garden". Album was mixed and mastered by guitar hero - James Murphy, and he also recorded a great guest solo in one of the songs. The third album shows DEMISE has matured, and has the potential and power and they are still developing their style. Melody, Power, Aggression and Brutality - 21st Century Metal Vision. An awesome album at the end of the first decade of the band. "Torture Garden" will be out on April 15th through EMPIRE Records.
